Busty Figure -Top heavy, but small on the bottom Stay away from shirred fabrics, ruffles or details above the waist. Stick with solids to avoid attention to the chest. Fitted V-necks or scoop neck tops that taper at the waist are optimal. Halter-tops are ALWAYS flattering. Stay away from tops that are skintight. That’s not what fitted means!! A-line or pencil skirts and boot cut jeans will give you the balance you want on the top and bottom. Wearing dark on top and light on the bottom balances your full top and small bottom. Curvy Figure - Like an hour glass NO HORIZONTAL STRIPES… It will only make you look Bigger & Wider. Dressy, belted blouses and halters accentuate the waist If you the space between your buttons open a bit use double sided take to keep it together!! Pants flat front & a little flare & bottoms with no pockets are the MOST flattering Dresses with belts or a wrap dress (just make sure it’s a thicker fabric) Pear Shape - Bottom heavy, but small on top Don’t wear horizontals below the waist only waste (anything to make you look a little bustier). Wear slim-fitted empires, scoop necks or boat necks and detail tops. They will balance the bottom heavy figure. Knee length skirts and flared hems narrow the hips. Boy Shape - Straight figure Never wear anything that’s too baggy or too full and stay away from tight knit dresses. Show off your slim figure. Halters and capped sleeves look good on you. Flared, pleated, trumpet, A-line and pegged skirts all look amazing on your body. Slightly flared and skinny jeans look the best on you. Chose bias cut dresses. YOU can get away with almost any TREND Petite - Below 5’3 Tailor your clothes. No OVER sized tops and big over powering prints. Stay away from pants that are too long or cuffed at the bottom. They make you look shorter. Pinstriped pants will lengthen the look of your legs. Open toed and pointy heel shoes will help elongate your body.
